The European version mill is the mature transformation of the 4th generation mill. It adopts bevel gear integral transmission to provide strong power; it adopts grinding roller linkage supercharging technology to increase the output under the same power. The curved air duct has small air flow resistance, is not easy to block materials, and improves the fan efficiency; the isolated cyclone powder collector has high powder collection efficiency;
The European version mill has a single machine processing capacity of up to 60T/H, and the investment is economical. The single machine processing capacity of Raymond mill is only 35T/H.
The fan, spindle drive system and fan drive system of the European version mill are all lubricated with thin oil, which can realize continuous operation and production and automatic lubrication. The oil change cycle is about 4 months, with a long cycle and low maintenance cost. The curved surface can be replaced with a blade scraper, with low wear rate and high utilization rate; the resistance-free air inlet volute + the same resistance layout scheme reduces the economic loss caused by system energy consumption.
Raymond mill cannot produce powder continuously by dry method, because the bearings in the roller assembly are lubricated with grease, and the machine must be stopped and refilled with grease every one to two shifts.
